摘　　要：目的分析医院Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物预防使用情况,以实现抗菌药物的合理应用和科学管理。方法通过回顾性调查方法,抽取邳州市人民医院(本院)2022年1—6月Ⅰ类切口手术病例,并点评其围手术期抗菌药物预防使用情况。结果2022年1—6月,本院Ⅰ类切口手术病例共3778例,其中围手术期预防使用抗菌药物804例,预防使用率为21.28%。用量前3位的抗菌药物品种为氯唑西林(225例)、头孢呋辛(201例)、氨苄西林(88例)。单一用药798例,联合用药6例。给药时机为术前0.5~1 h的占56.72%(456例);抗菌药物用药疗程<24 h的占84.20%(677例)。不合理用药393例,不合理用药总体占比为10.40%。结论本院Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用药仍有不合理情况,需进一步规范化管理,保障用药的合理和安全。Objective To analyze the prophylactic use of antibiotics of ClassⅠincisions in the perioperative period in hospitals,in order to achieve rational application and scientific management of antibiotics.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to select cases with ClassⅠincision surgery from the People's Hospital of Pizhou(our hospital)from January to June 2022,and to evaluate their prophylactic use of antibiotics in the perioperative period.Results From January to June 2022,there were a total of 3778 cases of ClassⅠincision surgery in our hospital,including 804 cases with prophylactic use of antibiotics in the perioperative period,with a prophylactic use rate of 21.28%.The top three types of antibiotics in terms of dosage are cloxacillin(225 cases),cefuroxime(201 cases),and ampicillin(88 cases).There were 798 cases of single medication and 6 cases of combined medication.56.72%(456 cases)received medication at a time of 0.5 to 1 hour before surgery;84.20%(677 cases)had a course of medication of antibiotics<24 h.There were 393 cases of irrational drug use,with an overall proportion of 10.40%.Conclusion There are still unreasonable situations in the prophylactic use of drugs in the perioperative period of ClassⅠincisions in our hospital,and further standardized management is needed to ensure the rationality and safety of the medication.
