持续护理质量改进在特诊门诊预检分诊中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析特诊门诊中应用持续护理质量改进护理干预的效果及对预检分诊准确率的影响。方法本研究在2022年7—8月中山市人民医院(本院)康怡特诊门诊患者中选取168例作为对照组予以传统护理干预,2022年9—12月本院特诊门诊患者中选取168例作为观察组予以持续护理质量改进护理。比较两组护理满意度、预检分诊准确率及各操作时间。结果观察组各项护理服务满意评分包括分诊熟练程度、医院分诊环境、温馨提醒告知、疾病问询技巧、尊重患者及分诊服务态度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组预检分诊准确率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各操作时间包括分诊时间、就诊等候时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及不良事件发生率上,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续护理质量改进护理全面开展,可提升特诊门诊工作满意度,提高预检分诊准确率,缩短分诊、就诊等候时间,减少患者焦虑情绪及不良事件发生率,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To investigate and analysis the application effect of continuous nursing quality improvement of VIP clinic in nursing intervention and its impact on the accuracy of pre-examination triage.Methods Patients in Kangyi VIP clinic in Zhongshan City People’s Hospital(our hospital)from July to August 2022 were selected as the control group(n=168)to receive conventional nursing intervention,and patients in the VIP clinic of our hospital from September to December 2022 were selected as the observation group(n=168)to receive continuous nursing quality improvement.Nursing satisfaction,accuracy of pre-examination triage and operation time were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction scores of various nursing services in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,including proficiency in triage,hospital triage environment,warm reminders,disease inquiry skills,respect for patients and triage service attitude,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The accuracy of pre-examination triage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Various operating time of the observation group,including triage time and waiting time for medical treatment,were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and the incidence of adverse events,the observation group was lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving the quality of continuous nursing can improve the job satisfaction of VIP clinics.The accuracy of pre-examination triage is improved,the triage and waiting time are shortened,and the incidence of and adverse events in patients’anxiety is reduced.And it can be used for reference and promotion in clinic.
