机械通气治疗后阴囊气肿1例

摘　　要：阴囊气肿是指阴囊内有空气或气体聚集导致的阴囊增大。是一种罕见的临床疾病,它可能是其他疾病或某种治疗手段的严重并发症。本文报道1例89岁男性患者,因重症肺炎、呼吸衰竭行气管插管后机械通气治疗,治疗过程中患者突然出现阴囊进行性增大,形如气球,经体格检查及床旁超声检查后诊断为阴囊气肿、左侧气胸、纵隔气肿、广泛皮下气肿,最终病死。Scrotal emphysema refers to the enlargement of the scrotum caused by the accumulation of air or gas within the scrotum,which is a rare clinical disease that may be a serious complication of other diseases or certain treatments.We reported an 89-year-old man who was treated with mechanical ventilation after tracheal intubation for severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.During the treatment,the patient suddenly had progressive scrotal enlargement,which was like a balloon.Upon physical examination and bedside ultrasound,he was diagnosed with scrotal emphysema,left pneumothorax,mediastinal emphysema,and extensive subcutaneous emphysema,and ultimately died.
