摘  要:毒品滥用已成为危害社会发展与稳定的毒瘤,近20年没有新的戒毒药物上市,现有戒毒药物具有患者顺应性差和坚持长期用药困难的问题,难以满足临床需求。通过对现有戒毒药物的制剂改良,长效缓释制剂提高戒毒药物的患者顺应性和戒毒成功率,已成功用于临床。该文对10年来戒毒药物长效缓释制剂临床应用进行分析和总结,认为戒毒药物长效缓释制剂在戒毒中的重要作用还未得到充分发挥,还需要研究新的缓控释体系、建立科学的评价体系,开发更好的戒毒药物制剂。Drug abuse has become a major threat to the social development and stability.No new detoxification drugs have been launched in the past 20 years.The existing drugs have the problems of poor patient compliance and difficulty sticking to long-term drug use,which makes it difficult to meet the clinical needs.By optimizing the dosage form of the existing detoxification drugs,the long-acting sustained-release formulations have been successfully used in clinical settings to improve the compliance and the success rate of drug treatment.This study analyzes and summarizes the clinical application of long-acting sustained-release formulations of detoxification drugs in the past ten years.It is believed that the important role of the long-acting sustained-release formulations of detoxification drugs has not been fully exploited in drug addiction treatment.It is necessary to study new sustained and controlled release delivery systems,establish scientific evaluation systems,and develop better dosage forms of detoxification drugs.
