摘 要:现浇剪力墙结构体系因其可承受较大的水平剪力、具有良好的抗震性能,在高层建筑中的应用十分广泛。在现浇剪力墙实际施工中,对于层间水平接茬处的细部工艺处理,由于传统工艺方法的局限与不足,存在不同程度的墙体错台、漏浆等质量缺陷,严重影响了结构实体质量及构件成型后的观感效果。通过对此类质量问题的原因分析,结合现场实践,从研发新型模板加固工具及创新工艺入手,提出了针对剪力墙水平接茬质量问题的解决方案,提升现浇剪力墙工程的整体质量,为创优工程实施尤其是清水混凝土剪力墙施工提供参考。The in-situ shear wall structure system is widely used in high-rise buildings because it can withstand large horizontal shear force and has good seismic performance.In the actual construction of the cast-in-situ shear wall,due to the limitations and deficiencies of the traditional technology methods,there are different degrees of quality defects such as wall fault platforms and leaking pulp for the detailed processing of horizontal interlayer stubble.It seriously affects the physical quality of the structure and the perception effect of the components after forming.Based on the analysis of the reasons for this kind of quality problem,combined with the field practice,starting from the development of new template reinforcement tools and innovative techniques,this paper puts forward a solution to the problem of horizontal stubble quality of shear wall,and improves the overall quality of the in-situ shear wall project.It can provide reference for the construction of shearing wall especially for clear water concrete.
