摘　　要：聚焦学生心理健康问题的事后干预,不符合“实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑”的时代精神。依据高级警务人才培养方案,从预防学生心理健康问题的角度入手,借鉴医疗领域的“三级预防”理念,构建心理健康“三级预防体系”的创新性举措,是维护校园安全稳定、构建政治育警生态和心理育人体系、培养高素质警务人才的内在要求,有利于筑牢学生心理健康的防护栏,维护和促进学生心理健康。The post-intervention on students’mental health problems is not in line with the spirit of the times of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education and strengthening the support of talents in modernization.According to the training programs for senior police personnel,start⁃ing from the perspective of preventing students’mental health problems and drawing on the concept of“three-level prevention”in the medical field,the innovative initiative to build a“three-level prevention system”for mental health is an inherent requirement for maintaining campus safety and stability,building a political and police education ecology and psychological education system,and cultivating high-quality police personnel.It is conducive to maintaining and promoting students’mental health.
