高血压肾损害患者血清急性时相反应蛋白及血管内皮损伤指标的变化研究

摘　　要：目的 研究高血压肾损害患者血清急性时相反应蛋白及血管内皮损伤指标的变化。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年1月至河南省人民医院接受高血压肾损害治疗的110例患者作为观察组,另选择同一时间段内未出现肾损害的高血压患者100例作为对照组;对两组患者的血管内皮以及血清急性时相反应蛋白的损伤变化进行检测并对比。结果 (1)观察组患者血清血管内皮损伤程度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者血清急性时相反应蛋白水平高于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组患者的scr、24 h尿蛋白以及血常规水平高于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)高血压肾损害和血管内皮损害以及血清急性时相反应蛋白指标呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 通过上述研究表明,高血压肾损害疾病中患者的血管内皮损伤以及血清急性时相反应蛋白指标均处于表达异常的状态,并且其和肾损害的严重程度存在密切联系,显示有很高的高血压肾损害疾病检测价值。Objective To study the changes of serum acute phase response protein and vascular endothelial injury index in patients with hypertensive renal injury.Methods A total of 110 patients who received treatment for hypertensive renal in-jury in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 patients with hypertension without renal injury in the same period were selected as the control group.The changes of vascular endothelium and serum acute phase response protein were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The degree of serum vascular endothelial injury in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the dfference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The serum acute phase pro-tein level in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).③The levels of scr,24 h urine protein and blood routine in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).@There was a positive corre-lation between hypertensive renal damage and vascular endothelial damage and serum acute phase response protein(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the studies,vascular endothelial injury and serum acute phase response protein inde-xes in patients with hypertensive renal injury are abnormal expression,and they are closely related to the severity of renal impairment,indicate high value in the detection of hypertensive renal impairment diseases.
