摘　　要：目的:探索切开复位内固定术对踝关节骨折患者术后并发症、踝关节功能恢复的影响。方法:选择我院2020年1月一2022年12月收治的84例踝关节骨折患者,随机分2组。对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采取手法闭合复位石膏固定,观察组患者则实施切开复位内固定术。比较2组患者治疗优良率、并发症发生率、手术前后患者生存质量、手术前后的踝关节功能指标、骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症高于对照组,但组间差异不显著,P>0.05。手术前2组生存质量比较,P>0.05,而在手术后比较,显示观察组生存质量优于对照组,P<0.05。手术前2组踝关节功能比较,P>0.05,而在手术后比较,显示观察组踝关节功能优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:踝关节骨折患者实施切开复位内固定术效果确切,可有效加速骨折愈合,改善踝关节功能和生存质量,虽然也会一定程度增加并发症,但只要规范手术操作,加强围术期护理,整体上是一种较好的治疗方式。Objective:To explore the effect of open reduction and internal fixation on postoperative complications and ankle function recovery in patients with ankle fracture.Methods:84 patients with ankle fracture in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with manual closed reduction and plaster fixation,while the obser-vation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The excellent and good rate,complication rate,quality of life of pa-tients before and after operation,ankle function indexes before and after operation,and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Before operation,the quality of life of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),while afer operation,the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ankle function of the two groups was compared before the operation(P>0.05),while after the operation,the ankle function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Open reduction and internal fixation is effective for ankle fracture patients.It can effectively accelerate fracture healing,improve ankle function and quality of life.Although it will also increase complications to a certain extent,as long as the operation is standardized and perioperative nursing is strengthened,it is a better treatment method on the whole.
