快速康复护理对骨科手术患者术后患肢功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复护理对骨科手术患者术后患肢功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取我院骨科2019年1月-2021年1月治疗的患者60例,收集资料开展研究,依据护理方案的不同分组。对照组常规护理,观察组快速康复护理。对比2组术后并发症发生率、术后康复指标、术后患肢功能、术后疼痛度评分、护理满意度的差异。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后排气时间、术后排便时间、术后下床时间、术后进食时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月观察组患者各项患肢指标功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1天2组疼痛度无明显差异(P>0.05),在术后第3、5、7天观察组疼痛度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科手术患者实施快速康复护理,可促进患肢功能恢复,减轻疼痛,并可提升护理满意度,值得借鉴。Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the function and pain degree of the affected limb after orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients admitted to our hospital for orthopedics treatment from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and data were collected to carry out the study.Control group routine nursing,study group rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative complication rate,postoperative rehabilitation index,postoperative limb function,postoperative pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Postoperative exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,postoperative getting out of bed time,postoperative eating time and average length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the functional scores of the affected limb indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups 1 day after surgery(P>0.05),and the pain degree score of the study group at the 3rd,5th and 7th day after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for orthopedic surgery patients can promote functional recovery of affected limbs,reduce pain,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth reference.
