肋骨骨折合并血气胸术后运用综合性护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:评价肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者采用综合性护理对患者康复产生的影响。方法:在本院2019年3月-2020年9月接治的肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中随机进行抽选,将其中88例患者纳入研究,按照数字表法对所有患者进行分组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组均录入44例患者。2组患者分别应用传统护理干预(对照组)和综合性护理(观察组),护理结束后对比分析2组的护理效果(护理满意度、生活质量)。结果:观察组的护理满意度为93.18%,显著优于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比2组的生活质量评分,对照组均不如观察组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过研究成果可以得出,对于肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者应用综合性护理有助于促进患者的康复,提高患者的服务的满意度,值得进行进一步的推广。Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation of rib fracture patients with hemopneumo-thorax.Methods:from March 2019 to September 2020,88 patients with rib fracture complicated with hemopneumothorax were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the number table method,with 44 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with traditional nursing intervention(control group)and comprehensive nursing(experimental group).After nursing,the nursing effect(nursing satisfaction,quality of life)of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.18%,which was significantly better than 77.27%of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the quality of life score of the two groups,the control group was not as good as the experimental group,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the research results,it can be concluded that the application of comprehensive nursing for patients with rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the service satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further promotion.
