摘 要:非均相共沸精馏是化工过程中常见且重要的一种分离流程。本文介绍了非均相共沸精馏的基本理论,对现有的非均相共沸精馏工艺过程进行归纳分类,重点描述了不同工艺中精馏塔的构型及特点,并简述了相关的概念设计和控制方案。通过对国内外近二十年来的相关研究进行总结,提出了非均相共沸精馏技术的在工程应用中的优缺点,并展望其未来发展趋势。非均相共沸精馏的研究以及工程应用应以节能改进为主要方向,特别应注重与高效精馏设备隔板塔的结合。Heterogeneous azeotropic distillation is a common and important separation process in chemical industry.This study introduces the basic theory of heterogeneous azeotropic distillation,summarizes and classifies existing heterogeneous azeotropic distillation processes,focuses on describing the configurations and characteristics of distillation towers in different processes,and briefly describes the relevant conceptual design and control schemes.By summarizing the relevant research in the past two decades at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of heterogeneous azeotropic distillation technology in engineering applications are proposed,and main future development trends of energy saving are discussed.The research and engineering application of heterogeneous azeotropic distillation should mainly focus on energy conservation and improvement,with special emphasis on the combination with high-efficiency distillation equipment and partition towers.
