左西孟旦联合辅酶Q10治疗扩张型心肌病临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察在扩张型心肌病患者中使用左西孟旦联合辅酶Q10后对患者运动耐量和心功能的疗效。方法:选取80例扩张型心肌病患者,随机分成试验组及对照组,每组40例,两组均要接受常规抗心衰药物治疗,试验组在此基础上使用左西孟旦联合辅酶Q10,疗程为1个月,观察两组治疗前后的血清N末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、心功能分级、6 min最大步行距离、心脏超声及药物不良反应。结果:试验组患者的6 min最大步行距离较对照组显著增加,NT-proBNP水平较对照组则显著降低,心功能较对照组明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:扩张型心肌病患者使用左西孟旦联合辅酶Q10后可以使患者的心功能以及运动耐量提高,无明显的不良反应。Objective:To observe the effects of levosimendan combined with coenzyme Q10 on cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:Randomly dividing 80 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy into experimental group and control group,each group has 40 cases in.Two groups received routine drug treatment for heart failure.On this basis,the experimental group received levosimendan combined with coenzyme Q10.The course of treatment is 1 month.The cardiac function grade,6-min maximum walking distance,cardiac ultrasound,plasma N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:In the experimental group,the 6-min maximum walking distance was significantly increased,the NT-proBNP level was significantly lower,and the cardiac function was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of levosimendan combined with coenzyme Q10 can improve cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy without obvious adverse reactions.
