摘 要:目的:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS/MS)分析两种基原辛夷(望春花、武当玉兰)标准汤剂的化学成分。方法:采用YMC Triart C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.9μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;采用HESI离子源,正、负离子分析模式采集数据,通过高分辨质谱解析结合文献报道以及对照品进行比对鉴别。结果:结合文献报道以及对照品比对共鉴别出56个化合物,包括26个木脂素类化合物、13个苯丙素类化合物、10个生物碱类化合物以及7个黄酮苷类化合物,其中7个化合物经对照品比对确定。结论:通过UPLC-QE-Orbitrap-MS/MS技术分析了两种基原辛夷(望春花、武当玉兰)标准汤剂的主要化学成分,为深入研究其药效物质基础以及建立辛夷标准汤剂质量标准提供参考依据。Objective:To analyze the chemical components of two basic Magnoliae Flos(Magnolia biondii Pamp.and Magnolia sprengeri Pamp.)standard decoction by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field Orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS/MS).Methods:Gradient elution was performed on YMC Triart C_(18)column(100mm×2.1mm,1.9μm)with acetonitrile(A)-0.1%formic acid(B)as mobile phase.HESI ion source,positive and negative ion analysis mode were used to collect the data,which were analyzed by high-resolution mass spectrometry combined with literature reports and reference products for comparison and identification.Results:A total of 56 compounds,including 26 lignans,13 phenylpropanes,10 alkaloids and 7 flavonoid glycosides,were identified by reference and comparison.7 compounds were identified by reference.Conclusion:By UPLC-QE-Orbitrap-MS/MS technique,the main chemical components of two kinds of standard decoction of Magnoliae Flos(Magnolia biondii Pamp.,Magnolia sprengeri Pamp.)were analyzed,which provided the basis for further study of its pharmacodynamic substance base and the establishment of the quality standard of Magnoliae Flos standard decoction.
