摘　　要：“去宛陈莝”出自《黄帝内经》,其所论述之治法可概括为峻下逐水、活血化瘀,但其核心治法需以调气为重。肺心病心衰的病位主要在肺与心,可涉及肝、脾、肾等多个脏腑,其病机属本虚标实,肺、心、脾、肾等脏腑亏虚为本,痰浊、水饮、瘀血互结为标。从“去宛陈莝”理论出发探讨肺心病心衰的临床治疗,为中医药治疗肺心病心衰提供了重要思路与途径。“Eliminate Depressed Stale Water”comes from the Huangdi Neijing,and its treatment method can be summarized as steep water,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,but its core treatment method should focus on regulating Qi.Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure is mainly in the lung and heart,can involve the liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera.Its basic pathogenesis belongs to the original deficiency standard,lung,heart,spleen,kidney and other viscera deficiency,phlegm and turbidity,water drinking,blood stasis as the standard.Starting from the theory of“Eliminate Depressed Stale Water”,discussing the clinical treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure can provide an important idea and way for the treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure by traditional Chinese medicine.
