摘　　要：黄芪桂枝五物汤是张仲景著作《金匮要略》中治疗血痹病的经典方,早期糖尿病足症状与中医所描述的“血痹”病相似,研究表明黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗早期糖尿病足能有效控制血糖,改善血液流变学指标及局部血运,提高神经传导速度,抗炎和抗氧化应激,对于缓解临床症状、延缓病情进展和改善预后具有重要意义,建议在临床上推广使用。Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction is a classic prescription for the treatment of blood arthralgia disease in Zhang Zhongjing's book Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.The symptoms of early diabetic foot are similar to the“blood arthralgia”disease described in traditional Chinese medicine.Research shows that huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction can effectively control blood sugar,improve blood rheology indicators and local blood circulation,improve nerve conduction speed,resist inflammation and oxidative stress.It is of great significance to alleviate clinical symptoms,delay the progress of the disease and improve the prognosis,so it is recommended to popularize it in clinical practice.
