摘 要:以中国石化茂名分公司2号催化裂化装置的油浆为研究对象,采用分散型Co-Mo催化剂,通过高压釜反应模拟浆态床加氢反应过程,考察氢初压、反应时间、催化剂浓度和反应温度对产物的影响。结果表明:在氢初压3 MPa、反应时间120 min、催化剂质量分数5000μg g、反应温度400℃的条件下,产物的硫、氮质量分数分别为0.44%和0.14%,可满足针状焦原料的需求;且重油馏分收率及三环和四环芳烃总质量分数分别为73.8%和48.9%,相比于现有工业预处理技术分别提高3.8百分点和12.9百分点,表明本研究提出的催化裂化油浆浆态床加氢预处理工艺能制备出满足高品质针状焦指标要求的原料,同时具有重油馏分收率高、三环和四环芳烃损失率低的技术优势。The slurry from No.2 catalytic cracking unit of SINOPEC Maoming Company was used as the research object,the process of slurry-bed hydrogenation was simulated by autoclave reaction with dispersed Co-Mo catalyst,and the effects of initial hydrogen pressure,reaction time,catalyst addition amount and reaction temperature on the product were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of initial hydrogen pressure of 3 MPa,reaction time of 120 min,catalyst mass fraction of 5000μg g and reaction temperature of 400℃,the content of sulfur and nitrogen in the product was 0.44%and 0.14%,respectively,which could meet the requirement of needle coke raw materials;the yield of heavy fraction and aromatics(tricyclic+tetracyclic)were 73.8%and 48.9%,respectively,which were 3.8 percentage points and 12.9 percentage points higher than that of the existing industrial pretreatment technology,respectively,indicating that the slurry-bed hydropretreatment process of FCC slurry could produce the high-quality needle coke raw material.At the same time,it had the technical advantages of high yield of heavy fraction and low loss rate of tricyclic and tetracyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
