摘  要:为生产符合国ⅥB汽油标准的高辛烷值汽油,某炼油厂采用中石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司开发的固体超强酸C_(5)/C_(6)异构化催化剂及配套工艺技术,将闲置的190 kt a半再生催化重整装置技改为C_(5)/C_(6)异构化装置,加工富含苯和C 7的重整拔头油。工业实践结果表明:将半再生催化重整装置改造为固体超强酸C_(5)/C_(6)异构化装置不但在技术上可行,且装置利旧率高、投资低;在水含量合格的条件下,即使加工苯质量分数高达4%~8%、C 7质量分数高达10%~18%的C_(5)/C_(6)异构化原料,RISO-C仍具有优异的异构化活性和稳定性,同时具有较好的苯加氢活性,使异构化汽油研究法辛烷值增加4~8,达到82以上,且苯质量分数低于0.8%;将固体超强酸C_(5)/C_(6)异构化装置与C 7+重整装置配合,可降低重整汽油苯含量,生产符合国ⅥB汽油标准的高辛烷值汽油,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。In order to produce high octane gasoline in accordance with the nationalⅥB gasoline standard,the solid superacid C_(5)\C_(6)isomerization catalyst developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was used in a refinery and its supporting process technology was also adopted.The idle 190 kt a semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unit was converted into a C_(5)\C_(6)isomerization unit for the processer of reformer topping oil rich in benzene and heptane.The industrial practice results showed that it was feasible to transform the semi-regeneration reforming unit into the isomerization unit of solid superacid C_(5)/C_(6).Under the condition of qualified water content,catalyst RISO-C had excellent isomerization activity and stability even when the benzene and C 7 mass fraction of C_(5)\C_(6)isomerization feedstock were C 74%-8%and 10%-18%,respectively.At the same time,it had good benzene hydrogenation activity,which increased the research octane number(RON)of isomerized products by 4-8 units,reaching 82 or above,and the benzene content was below 0.8%.Combining the C_(5)\C_(6)isomerization unit of solid superacid with C_(7)+reforming unit,the benzene content of reformer gasoline could be reduced,and the high octane number gasoline conforming to the nationalⅥB gasoline standard could be produced,which had remarkable economic and social benefits.
