摘 要:针对海上平台油气生产过程中放空火炬产生黑烟的问题,采用三级引射结构对基本型火炬燃烧器进行结构优化探究,并应用FLUENT软件对新型火炬的燃烧和黑烟产生情况进行了模拟研究。结果表明,当火炬头扩张角为7°、防风罩间隙为207 mm、文丘里引射器数量为8、火炬气主排放管深度为242 mm时,碳烟质量分数的峰值从2.2 mg g下降到1.5 mg g,在火焰面外侧已观察不到黑烟现象。新型火炬燃烧器结构在降低碳烟含量方面有明显的效果。研究结果可对海上平台放空火炬技术改进提供参考。In order to solve the problem of black smoke from release flare during oil and gas production on offshore platform,a three-stage ejector structure was used to optimize the structural of the basic flare burner,and the combustion and black smoke generation of the new flare were simulated by Fluent software.The results showed that when the expansion angle of the flare head was 7°,the clearance of the draft shield was 207 mm,the number of Venturi ejectors was 8,the depth of the main discharge pipe of the flare gas was 242 mm,the peak value of the soot mass fraction decreased from 2.2 mg g to 1.5 mg g,and no black smoke phenomenon was observed outside the flame surface.The new structure of flare burner has obvious effect on reducing soot.The research results can provide a reference for the technical improvement of the release flare on offshore platforms.
