提高俄罗斯原油掺炼量对常减压蒸馏装置的影响及对策

摘　　要：国际市场俄罗斯原油价格下行,部分炼化企业为实现创效目标,增加常减压蒸馏装置的俄油加工量,导致俄油掺炼比例超出设计条件,装置设备腐蚀问题亟待解决。通过对比某常减压蒸馏装置俄油掺炼比例调整前后原料中有害成分变化数据,分析了原油中硫、氯、盐等有害物质对常减压蒸馏装置潜在的腐蚀威胁,并结合该装置近年发生的设备腐蚀问题,从工艺、设备、管理等角度出发,制定了超设计条件工况下增加俄油掺炼量的防腐管控措施,解决了俄油中腐蚀性物质造成的常减压蒸馏装置设备腐蚀问题。同时,为设计条件为俄油低掺炼比例的常减压蒸馏装置提供了增炼俄油的腐蚀分析方法及防控对策。As the price of Russian crude oil on the international market has fallen,some refining companies have increased the processing amount of Russian crude oil in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units in order to achieve their efficiency goals,resulting in the blending ratio of Russian crude oil exceeding the design conditions,and the corrosion problem of equipment in the units needs to be solved urgently.The potential corrosion of sulfur,chlorine,salt and other harmful substances in crude oil to atmospheric and vacuum distillation units was analyzed by comparing the change data of harmful components in crude oil before and after adjusting the blending ratio of Russian crude oil in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Combined with the equipment corrosion problems occurred in the plant in recent years,the anti-corrosion control measures for increasing the amount of Russian crude oil blending under super-design conditions were established from the aspects of technology,equipment and management,and the corrosion problem of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment caused by corrosive substances in Russian crude oil was solved.At the same time,corrosion analysis methods and control measures for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units with low blending ratio of Russian crude oil were provided.
