溪蟹亚科中国淡水蟹一新记录种——缅甸拟刺溪蟹(十足目:溪蟹科)

摘　　要：2022年6月,在云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州弄岛镇采集到溪蟹科Potamidae溪蟹亚科Potaminae溪蟹一种,经形态学鉴定以及基于16S rRNA基因构建的系统发生关系,确定为缅甸拟刺溪蟹Paratelphusula burmensis(Bott,1966)。将所采集雄性标本与模式标本进行了形态学比较,并对头胸甲、第三颚足和雄性第一生殖肢等关键形态学特征进行了详细描述。标本保存于南京师范大学生命科学学院。本研究系溪蟹亚科物种在中国境内的首次发现和记录,丰富了我国淡水蟹类物种多样性的本底资料。In June 2022,one species of Potamidae crab was collected from Nongdao Town,Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,China.The species was identified as Paratelphusula burmensis(Bott,1966)based on morphological comparison and phylogenetic analysis.This study presents a morphological comparison of the collected male specimens with the holotype of this species,and describes its morphological characteristics(including the carapace,third maxilliped,and male first gonopod)in detail.The specimens are deposited in the College of Life Sciences,Nanjing Normal University.The first report of Potaminae species from China enriches the biodiversity background data of Chinese freshwater crabs.
