大熊猫国家公园清退设施价值利用的路径思考

摘　　要：国家公园是最严格的保护地,在其建设中需清退一些人为干扰的活动设施,因此面临如何科学合理处置清退设施的问题。保留部分清退设施并将其改建为科普基础设施,既契合国家公园生态保护第一的理念,又利于实现国家公园的科普宣教功能,还能激活稀缺资源。结合大熊猫国家公园成都片区清退设施现状,分析清退设施改建科普基础设施的适宜形式,探讨通过优化管理流程、突出文化特色、坚持绿色营建、重视运营管理等发展路径来推进改建工作,为大熊猫国家公园乃至其他国家公园的管理实践提供参考。As the strictest protected land,the national park is challenged by how to disposal the removal facilities that may bring human interference for giant pandas.Reconstruction of the reserved removal constructions into science popularization facilities not only emphasizes the ecological protection priority of national parks,but also contributes to science popularization,and can activate the scarce resources.Therefore,there is theoretical and practical significance to explore its implementation path.Based on the current situation of the reconstruction facilities in Chengdu area of the Giant Panda National Park,this paper analyzes the appropriate forms of reconstructing the removal facilities into science popularization infrastructure,and discusses the way to optimize reconstruction process,highlight cultural characteristics,adhere to green construction principle and operation management,and thus to provide practical reference for the management of other national parks.
