摘  要:我国玻璃纤维行业市场集中度高,龙头企业凭借自身优势已经率先开展智能制造与数字化转型,建设了一批优秀的智能工厂,为行业树立典范。但玻纤行业中小企业由于成本、技术、人才等基础条件的限制,数智化水平仍然较低,存在战略定位不清晰、转型需求与路径不明确的问题。如何提升中小企业智能制造数字转型能力,是玻纤行业目前发展面临的关键难点。本文聚焦于玻纤行业中小企业智能制造数字转型现状,分析现状中存在的问题与转型需求,为中小企业智能制造数字转型提出可行性路径与措施建议,引导和推动中小企业加快转型。China's glass fiber industry market concentration is high.The leading enterprises with their own advantages have taken the lead in intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation,built a number of excellent smart factories,set a model for the industry.However,due to the cost,technology,talent and other basic conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises in the glass fiber industry,the level of digital intelligence is still low,and there are problems such as unclear strategic positioning,transformation needs and paths.How to enhance the digital transformation ability of intelligent manufacturing in small and medium-sized enterprises is the key difficulty facing the current development of the glass fiber industry.This paper focuses on the current situation of intelligent manufacturing digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the glass fiber industry,analyzes the existing problems and transformation needs,proposes feasible paths and measures for the digital transformation of intelligent manufacturing for small and medium-sized enterprises,and guides and promotes the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
