摘　　要：目的:探讨叙事疗法对晚期宫颈癌放疗患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至3月在本院行姑息放射治疗的84例晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规的心理疏导,观察组患者在此基础上运用叙事疗法进行个体化辅导;干预结束时和干预后1月采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估干预前后的效果。结果:干预结束时、干预结束1个月后,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁自评得分分别为(57.26±1.86)分、(55.07±14.55)分;(55.27±4.38)分、(55.78±4.27)分,评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:叙事疗法有助于改善晚期宫颈癌放疗患者的焦虑抑郁水平,可有效提高其生存质量。Objective:To explore the effect of narrative therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with advanced cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 84 patients with advanced cervical cancer who received palliative radiotherapy in our hospital from January to March 2022 were randomly divide them into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group received routine psychological counseling,while the patients in the experimental group received narrative therapy for individualized counseling on this basis.;The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the effects before and after the intervention at the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention.Results:At the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were(57.26±1.86)points,(55.07±14.55)points,(55.27±4.38)points and(55.78±4.27)points,they were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative therapy is helpful to improve the level of anxiety and depression in patients with advanced cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy,and can effectively improve their quality of life.
