摘  要:新一轮科技革命、产业变革和教育革新的交织演变,推动知识创新的组织形态发生了重大变化,催生了学科会聚的新理念、新范式。浙江大学是国内较早引入学科会聚理念并率先推进学科会聚实践的高校,集中表现在“面向2030的学科会聚研究计划”的组织实施。本文回溯了浙江大学学科会聚的实践探索,阐释其战略目标、领域布局、实施体系和评价机制。通过案例溯源发现,学科会聚的战略性推进路径包括:一是以范式变革推进知识创新;二是以交叉融合推进学科创新;三是以协同联动推进组织创新;四是以专业融通推进教育创新。The intertwined evolution of scientific and technological revolution,industrial revolution and educational innovation has led to major changes in the organizational form of knowledge innovation,which has spawned a new concept and paradigm of discipline convergence.Zhejiang University is one of the first universities in China to introduce the concept of discipline convergence and take the lead in promoting the practice of discipline convergence,mainly reflected in the"Discipline Convergence Research Plan for 2030".This paper comprehensively traces the practice and exploration of discipline convergence at Zhejiang University,and elaborates its strategic objectives,field layout,implementation system and evaluation mechanism.Case tracing shows that the strategic promotion path of discipline convergence includes:first,promoting knowledge innovation through paradigm change;second,promoting discipline innovationthrough cross-integration;third,promoting organizational innovation through synergy;fourth,promoting educational innovation with professional accommodation.
