摘　　要：目前铸钢件在出厂前,为了使产品的化学成分、力学性能以及无损检验和尺寸检验结果得到保证与各方认可,通常情况下采用的方法是代表客户的相关方齐聚制造方的检验现场,通过现场共同参与来实现结果的见证,给各方人资费用与产品的生产周期均带来一定的影响。基于此现状设计了一种远程见证的方法,采用在线检验的方式,实现了各方代表足不出户便可达到参与见证的目的。In order to ensure and recognize the chemical composition,mechanical properties,non-destructive testing and dimensional inspection results of steel castings before leaving the factory,the current usual method used is to gather on behalf of the customer's relevant parties at the manufacturer's inspection site,and witness the results through on-site participation,which has a certain impact on the human resources costs and production cycle of the products of all parties.Based on this situation,a remote witness method has been designed,which uses online inspection to achieve the goal of participating in the witness without leaving the house.
