摘 要:为了保证钻井作业安全、提高经济效益,研究钻柱在岩屑影响下的摩阻扭矩并及时准确地预测卡钻事故的发生具有重要意义。提出了一种考虑岩屑影响的卡钻预测方法,将摩阻扭矩分段计算模型与基于群体训练(population based training,PBT)优化算法耦合,利用训练得到最优摩阻系数,开展模型计算预测值与现场监测数据的对比,并计算卡钻风险预测系数,实现钻进过程中卡钻风险的实时预测。利用该方法开展现场试验,发现钻井遇卡前的卡钻风险预测系数大幅增大,有效预测了卡钻事故的发生。分析结果表明:岩屑堆积使钻柱的摩阻值增大,同时钻柱摩阻值随井眼曲率、钻柱刚度、摩阻系数的增加而增加。In order to ensure the safety of drilling operations and increase economic benefits,study on the torque and drag model considering the effects of cuttings deposition on the drill string and timely and accurate prediction of the stuck pipe risks are of great importance.In the present work,a new stuck pipe prediction method considering the effects of cuttings deposition was proposed,in which the segmental calculation model for torque and drag and population based training(PBT)optimized algorithm were combined.The optimal friction coefficient is obtained by training.The predicted value calculated by the model was compared with the field data and the stuck pipe risk was calculated to achieve the real time stuck pipe prediction during drilling.The method is applied to field examples.It is found that the stuck pipe risk increases rapidly before stuck pipe,which effectively predicts the occurrence of stuck pipe.The analysis results show that cuttings deposition increases the drag and the drag increases with the well curvature,the drill string stiffness or the friction coefficient.
