摘　　要：本文探究了新形势下电力企业提高优质供电服务的措施。通过分析电力企业面临的挑战和机遇,提出了加强技术设备建设、推进数字化转型、加强人才培养和加强用户体验管理等4个方面的措施,以提高电力企业的供电服务质量。This article explores the measures taken by power enterprises to improve high-quality power supply services under the new situation.By analyzing the challenges and opportunities faced by power enterprises,this paper proposes four measures to improve the power supply service quality of power enterprises,including strengthening the construction of technical equipment,promoting digital transformation,strengthening personnel training and strengthening user experience management.
