摘 要:针对黑龙江龙煤集团鸡西矿业有限责任公司城山煤矿副立井提升机配备应急电源要求技术先进、安全可靠、经济实用、满足副立井提升机负载特性等技术问题,提出低压电池储能加升压变压器储能集装箱应急供电方案,以便在离网模式下作为应急电源满足井下人员升井需求。阐述了该方案的诸多优势,该方案能在并网模式下,通过对电网进行“消峰填谷”运行而实现谷峰套利。另外,可根据副立井提升机这种周期性、冲击性、变化性、位势性的负载特点以及直流驱动系统电流谐波大、功率因数低等缺陷,在储能变流器(PCS)设计中进行综合考虑。通过近1年的实际运行表明,该储能集装箱应急电源系统可满足副立井提升机在应急情况下井下人员的升井需求,对副立井提升机在启动与运行中产生的无功冲击与谐波电流具有很好的抑制效果,同时在并网模式下通过“消峰填谷”运行具有良好的经济效益。In response to technical issues such as advanced technology,safety,reliability,economic practicality,and meeting the load characteristics of the auxiliary shaft hoist equipped with emergency power supply for the auxiliary shaft hoist of Chengshan Coal Mine in Heilongjiang Longmei Group Jixi Mining Co.,Ltd.,it is proposed to adopt an emergency power supply scheme with low-voltage battery energy storage and step-up transformer energy storage container,which serves as an emergency power supply to meet the lifting needs of underground personnel in the off grid mode.The many advantages of this solution are elaborated,including achieving the valley-peak arbitrage in the grid connection mode by performing"peak shaving and valley filling"operation on the power grid.In addition,the periodic,impulsive,variable,and potential load characteristics of the auxiliary shaft hoist,as well as the defects of high current harmonics and low power factor in the DC drive system can be comprehensively considered in the design of the energy storage converter(PCS).Through nearly a year of actual operation,it has been shown that the emergency power supply system can meet the needs of the auxiliary shaft hoist to lift underground personnel in emergency situations,has a good suppression effect on the reactive impact and harmonic current generated by the auxiliary shaft hoist during startup and operation,and has good economic benefits through peak shaving and valley filling in grid connected mode.
