摘  要:为提升液体速凝剂的速凝效果并有效降低速凝剂中的碱含量,同时大幅缩短井下矿物充填材料的拆模时间,对液体速凝剂制备及其机理进行了试验研究。通过单因素分析方法,明晰了速凝剂中硫酸铝、氢氧化铝、偏铝酸钠与三乙醇胺等原材料对充填材料的作用机理与时变演化规律;依托正交试验分析方法与数据处理手段,进行了多种原材料对充填材料的复合作用研究,并取得较好的试验结果。为验证该速凝剂的作用效果,在山东能源淄博矿业集团有限责任公司岱庄煤矿实验基地开展了工业验证性试验,试验结果表明,速凝剂加入后可快速降低膏体充填材料的流动性能,可有效防止跑浆、漏浆等问题发生,膏体充填材料拆模时间控制在2~3 h,满足工程项目对拆模时间的要求。In order to improve the quick setting effect,effectively reduce the alkali content of liquid accelerator,and greatly shorten the mold removal time of underground mineral filling materials,the preparation and mechanism of liquid accelerator were studied and tested.The action mechanism and time-varying evolution law of raw materials such as aluminum sulfate,aluminum hydroxide,sodium aluminate and triethanolamine in accelerator on filling materials were clarified by single factor analysis method.Based on the orthogonal test analysis method and data processing method,the composite effect of various raw materials on filling materials was studied,which achieved good experimental results.In order to verify the effectiveness of the accelerator,industrial validation tests were conducted at the experimental base of Daizhuang Coal Mine of Zibo Mining Group Co.,Ltd.,the results showed that the flow performance of the paste filling materials could be quickly reduced after the addition of accelerator,effectively preventing slurry leakage and other problems,and the mold removal time of the paste filling materials was controlled at around 2 to 3 hours,meeting the requirements of engineering projects for mold removal time.
