摘　　要：目的总结国家区域医疗中心建设的管理模式和运行机制,针对存在的问题提出建议,为项目的顺利实施提供政策支持。方法采用典型案例分析方法。数据来自国家和地方政府、医院相关网站内关于国家区域医疗中心建设的政策文件和网页信息以及中国期刊全文数据库中相关文献。结果我国各地积极探索和推进国家区域医疗中心建设,4个典型案例通过构建党委领导下的管理体制、探索创新适宜的同质化发展路径等举措取得初步成效,但也发现存在内部管理与运行机制的平移存在阻碍、医疗服务同质化水平有待进一步提高、外部保障机制有待破解等问题。结论应加大体系改革创新和运营模式探索力度、推进同质化管理发展进程、优化外部利益补偿保障机制。Objective To summarize the management model and operation mechanism of the construction of the national regional medical center,make suggestions for the problems and provide policy support for the smooth imple⁃mentation of the project.Methods The typical case analysis method was used.Data were obtained from policy docu⁃ments and web information on the construction of national regional medical centers from national and local govern⁃ment and hospital-related websites,as well as Chinese journals and papers on the construction practices of national regional medical centers from the Chinese journal database.Results China is actively exploring and promoting the con⁃struction of national regional medical centers.The four typical cases have achieved initial results through initiatives such as building a management system under the leadership of the party committee and exploring innovative and ap⁃propriate homogenization development paths,but problems such as obstacles to the leveling of internal manage⁃ment and operation mechanisms,the level of homogenization of medical services to be further improved,and exter⁃nal safeguard mechanisms to be cracked have also been identified.Conclusion It is necessary to increase system re⁃form and innovation and exploration of operational models,to promote the development process of homogeneous management,and to optimize the external benefit compensation guarantee mechanism.
