摘　　要：目的深入分析国家医院智慧管理评估标准体系,为推动医院智慧管理建设以及科学评价提供参考依据。方法选取上海市43家三甲医院,对60名医院管理者开展问卷调查。结果运营管理、财务资产管理、基础安全具有较高的相关性和需求性,药品耗材管理相关性较高但需求性较低,医疗护理管理具有较低的相关性和需求性。质量效率、医患满意度、辅助决策能力以及成本控制是衡量智慧管理效果的重要维度。结论公立医院智慧管理评估要以运营管理和资源配置为核心,基于实际需求和发展问题,动态化调整标准体系,实施差异化评估,以提升医患满意度,实现提质增效。Objective To analyze the national hospital smart management evaluation standard system,provide suggestions for promoting the construction and scientific evaluation of hospital smart management.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 60 hospital managers from 43 teritary grade A public hospital in Shanghai.Results Operations management,financial asset management,and basic security have a high correlation and demand,pharmaceutical consumables management has a high correlation but a low demand,medical care management has a low correlation and demand.Quality and efficiency,doctor-patient satisfaction,ability to assist in decision-making,and cost control are important dimensions for measuring the effectiveness of smart management.Conclusion The evaluation of smart management in public hospitals should focus on operational management and resource allocation,based on actual demands and development issues,dynamically adjust the standard system and implement differentiated evaluation to improve doctor-patient satisfaction,achieve quality and efficiency improvement.
