摘  要:目的了解高校应届毕业生的求职途径及相关需求,为医院有针对性地开展招聘工作提供参考和依据。方法2023年1—2月,采用方便抽样法选取6所医学类高校的544名应届毕业生为调查对象,对其开展求职途径及相关需求的线上调查。结果不同性别、学历、专业类别、毕业时间、工作经历、生源地对求职信息的需求度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别、学历对求职信息充分度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别、学历、专业类别对求职信息与专业匹配度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同学历、专业类别、毕业时间、关注招聘的时间在求职途径选择上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以应届生求职需求为导向,选择恰当的招聘时间、合适的宣讲面试方式及精准的招聘途径,改进优化医院招聘策略,有利于提升招聘的针对性和科学性。Objective To understand ways and related needs of graduating students from universities for job applica⁃tion,so as to provide reference and basis for hospitals to carry out targeted recruitment.Methods From January to February 2023,544 graduating students from six medical universities were selected using a convenience sampling method to conduct an online survey on their ways and related needs for job application.Results There is no statistical⁃ly significant difference in the demand of job information for the graduating students of different genders,education backgrounds,majors,graduating time,work experiences and home locations(P>0.05);there is a statistically sig⁃nificant difference in the adequacy of job information for the graduating students of different genders and education backgrounds(P<0.05);there is a statistically significant difference in the match between job information and major for the graduating students of different genders,education backgrounds and majors(P<0.05);there is a statistical⁃ly significant difference in the way for job application for the graduating students of different education backgrounds,majors,graduating time and time of paying attention to recruitment(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing hospital re⁃cruitment strategies by choosing appropriate recruitment time,suitable presentation and interview methods and pre⁃cise recruitment ways according to the orientation of job application of graduating students would enhance the rele⁃vance and scientificity of recruitment.
