摘 要:临床研究具有创新要求高、运行过程复杂、实施周期长、成果产出不确定等特点,其管理极具挑战性。在大健康时代,三等甲级公立医院是临床研究的主力军,医院对临床研究高层次管理人才的渴求驱动着人才培养变革。通过梳理总结医院临床研究管理人才及其培养的现状,聚焦临床研究高层次管理人才培养存在的问题,结合我国实际情况,初步探讨相应对策,为促进临床研究高层次管理人才培养提供参考,助力公立医院高质量发展。Clinical research has the characteristics of high innovation requirements,complex operation process,long implementation cycle and uncertain outcomes,so clinical research management is extremely challenging.In the era of one-health,tertiary grade A public hospitals are the main force of clinical research,and the thirst for high-level manage⁃ment talents in clinical research drives the reform of talent training.It aims to describe the current situation of clinical research managers in tertiary grade A public hospitals in China,focus on the key problems existing in the training of high-level clinical research management personnel,and discuss the countermeasures of personnel training preliminary according to the actual condition of China.To provide a reference to promote the training of high-level management talents in clinical research and to help public hospitals to develop with high quality.
