摘 要:氢能源汽车发展是关乎实施双碳战略、推动能源革命和汽车产业转型升级、培育未来产业的重大战略举措。本文基于加快布局氢能源汽车产业发展的战略意义,通过对氢能源汽车产业发展面临的氢能源供给约束、关键核心技术研发、产业发展策略、基础设施规划建设等关键问题进行分析,提出构建多元化氢能供给体系、加快产业技术供给能力建设、尽早布局乘用车发展、适度超前布局和建设氢能源汽车基础设施、注重氢能源汽车产业生态构建等相关对策建议。The development of hydrogen energy vehicles is a major strategic initiative to implement the dualcarbon strategy,promote the energy revolution and transformation and upgrading of automobile industry,and cultivate future industries in China.Based on the strategic significance of accelerating the development of hydrogen energy vehicle industry,this paper analyses four key problems in the development of hydrogen energy vehicle industry,which include hydrogen energy supply constraints,R&D of key core technology,industrial development strategy,infrastructure planning and construction.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which include structuring a multiple hydrogen energy supply system,accelerating the building of technology supply capacity in the hydrogen energy vehicle industry,developing hydrogen energy passenger vehicle as soon as possible,moderately advanced layout and construction of hydrogen energy vehicle infrastructure,and paying attention to the ecological construction of the hydrogen energy vehicle industry.
