综合档案馆档案保护人才队伍建设研究——基于华中和华南地区“供”“需”的调查分析

摘　　要：人才是档案保护工作的第一资源。论文以华中和华南地区综合档案馆和广东区域保护中心为研究对象,从“供”“需”两个层面分析了目前档案保护人才队伍建设的困境,从人才政策、现实需求、学生择业和人才培训四个方面探讨了档案保护人才队伍建设陷入困境的原因。在此基础上,提出在宏观层面建立专业技术人才和运营管理人才相结合的档案保护人才组织体系,在微观层面加强人才引进与在职培训相结合的档案保护人才队伍建设优化策略,从而推动我国档案保护人才队伍的高质量和可持续发展。Manpower is the first resource of ar⁃chives protection.By studying the comprehensive ar⁃chives in Central China and Southern China as well as the regional protection center of national impor⁃tant archives set in Guangdong province,this paper analyzes the difficulties of the construction of ar⁃chives protection talents team from the aspects of"supply"and"demand",and discusses the reasons of the difficulties from the aspects of talents policy,practical needs,students'career selection and tal⁃ents training.On this basis,it proposed to establish an organization system of archives protection talents which combines professional and technical talents and operation and management talents.It further pro⁃poses to strengthen the optimization strategies of the construction of archives protection talents team combined with talents introduction and on-the-job training,so as to promote the high-quality and sus⁃tainable development of China's archives protection talents team.
