锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐联合阿法骨化醇在绝经后类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐(^(99)Tc-MDP)联合阿法骨化醇在绝经后类风湿关节炎(RA)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年9月济南市章丘区中医医院收治的98例绝经后RA患者,按照随机数字表分为对照组(49例)与研究组(49例)。两组均应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,在此基础上对照组应用阿法骨化醇治疗,研究组应用^(99)Tc-MDP联合阿法骨化醇治疗,比较两组应用效果。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论^(99)Tc-MDP联合阿法骨化醇在绝经后RA患者中应用效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of Technetium[^(99)Tc]Methylene Diphosphonate(^(99)Tc-MDP)combined with Alfacalcidol in postmenopausal patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 98 postmenopausal RA patients admitted to J inan Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(49 cases)and study group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with Methotrexate.On this basis,the control group was treated with Alfacalcidol,and the study group was treated with ^(99)Tc-MDP combined with Alfacalcidol.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion ^(99)Tc-MDP combined with Alfacalcidol is effective in the treatment of postmenopausal RA patients,which is worthy of cli nical promotion.
