知柏地黄汤加减治疗阴虚夹湿热型慢性宫颈炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨知柏地黄汤加减治疗阴虚夹湿热型慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月在曲阜市人民医院治疗的62例阴虚夹湿热型慢性宫颈炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组(31例,阿奇霉素治疗)和B组(31例,阿奇霉素+知柏地黄汤加减治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果B组症状改善时间短于A组(P<0.05);治疗后B组中医证候评分低于A组(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);治疗后B组肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6水平低于A组(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄汤加减治疗阴虚夹湿热型慢性宫颈炎的临床效果较好,可以提高治疗有效率,降低炎症因子水平,缩短症状改善时间,降低中医证候评分。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic cervicitis of yin deficiency with dampness-heat type.Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic cervicitis of yin deficiency with dampness-heat type in Qufu People’s Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into group A(31 cases,Azithromycin treatment)and group B(31 cases,Azithromycin+modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction treatment)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of symptoms in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic cervicitis of yin deficiency with dampness-heat type,which can improve the effective rate of treatment,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,shorten the improvement time of symptoms,and reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.
