包皮环扎术治疗小儿包茎和包皮过长的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨包皮环扎术治疗小儿包茎和包皮过长的临床效果。方法选取2020年4月至2022年10月酒泉市人民医院收治的108例包茎及包皮过长患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)与观察组(54例)。对照组采用传统包皮环切术,观察组采用包皮环扎术。比较两组的手术情况、并发症发生率、疼痛程度。结果观察组患儿术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后1、2、4 h疼痛程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论包皮环扎术治疗小儿包茎和包皮过长可缩短手术时间及切口愈合时间,亦可减少并发症,值得借鉴与实施。Objective To explore the clinical effect of foreskin cerclage in the treatment of pediatric phimosis and redundant prepuce.Methods A total of 108 children with phimosis and redundant prepuce in Jiuquan City People’s Hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(54 cases)by the random number table method.The control group used traditional redundant circumcision,while the observation group used foreskin cerclage.The surgical situation,incidence of complications and degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the time of operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the time of incision healing in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the treatment cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of pain between the two gro ups at 1,2 and 4 hours after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Foreskin cerclage treating pediatric phimosis and redundant prepuce can shorten the time of operation and incision healing and reduce complications,which is worthy of reference and implementation.
