摘　　要：目的观察葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2022年9月莱阳市妇幼保健院收治的82例轮状病毒腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41例)与观察组(41例),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗。比较两组的症状改善时间、血锌水平、心肌酶水平、T细胞亚群水平。结果观察组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组血锌水平、T细胞亚群水平优于对照组(P<0.05);两组心肌酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床效果显著,能改善临床症状,调节血锌、心肌酶及T细胞亚群水平,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zinc Gluconate in pediatric rotavirus diarrhea.Methods A total of 82 children with rotavirus diarrhea admitted to Laiyang Maternal and Child Health Service Center from June 2018 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted conventional treatment,and the observation group adopted Zinc Gluconate adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The time of symptom resolution,levels of blood zinc,myocardial enzyme and T cell subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom resolution in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood zinc and T cell subsets in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of myocardial enzyme level between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Zinc Gluconate adjuvant therapy in pediatric rotavirus diarrhea has significant clinical effect,which can improve clinical symptoms,regulate the level of blood zinc,myocardial enzymes and T cell subsets,and is worth promoting.
