腹腔镜手术治疗小儿穿孔性阑尾炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗小儿穿孔性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月单县中心医院收治的64例穿孔性阑尾炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)与观察组(32例),对照组采用常规开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜手术,比较两组的临床指标、并发症以及治疗效果。结果观察组患儿手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间早于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗小儿穿孔性阑尾炎的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of perforating appendicitis in children.Methods A total of 64 children with perforating appendicitis in Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional open laparotomy,while the observation group received laparoscopic operation.The clinical indicators,complications and treatment effects in the two groups were compared.Results The time of operation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the time of exhaust and get out of bed after operation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the score of visual analogue scale after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation treating perforating appendicitis in children has significant clinical effect,which is worth promoting.
