摘  要:目的探讨亚低温联合脑保护在新生儿重度窒息复苏后的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年5月至2020年12月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的102例重度窒息新生儿的临床资料,按照复苏后的不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患儿采取常规复苏后治疗措施,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用亚低温联合脑保护疗法。比较两组患儿治疗效果和神经发育评分情况。结果观察组患儿意识恢复时间、肌张力恢复时间和反射恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿行为神经测定评分、智力发育指数、心理运动发育指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温联合脑保护在新生儿重度窒息复苏后的应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of mild hypothermia combined with brain protection in neonatal severe asphyxia after resuscitation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 102 neonates with severe asphyxia in Qingdao Chengyang District People’s Hospital from May 2019 to December 2020.The neonates were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=50)according to different treatment after resuscitation.The control group was treated with conventional resuscitation,and the observation group was treated with mild hypothermia combined with brain protection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and neurodevelopmental score of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of consciousness,muscle tension and reflex in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment,mental development index and psychomotor development index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mild hypothermia combined with brain protection treating severe asphyxia in neonates after resuscitation has re markable application effect,which is worth promoting.
