摘　　要：目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合宫腔填纱在前置胎盘产后出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月菏泽市牡丹区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的86例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各43例,对照组进行缩宫素与宫腔填纱联合治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者在产后2、24 h出血量更低,临床疗效更佳,不良反应更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合宫腔填纱在前置胎盘产后出血患者中的应用效果显著,能够减少出血量、提高疗效且治疗安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection combined with intrauterine gauze packing in patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa.Methods A total of 86 patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa after ces arean section in Heze Mudan District Maternal and Child H ealth Care and Family Planning Service Center from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin combined with intrauterine gauze packing,while the study group received Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the study group had lower blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum,better clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine Injection combined with intrauterine gauze packing in patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa has remarkable application effect,which can reduce blood loss and improve curative effect with high therapeutic safety,and is worth promoting.
