地奈德乳膏结合除湿止痒软膏治疗小儿湿疹的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地奈德乳膏结合除湿止痒软膏治疗小儿湿疹的效果。方法选取2021年4月至2023年1月于日照市皮肤病医院就诊的79例湿疹患儿,采用随机数字表法分为参照组(39例)和试验组(40例)。参照组予以地奈德乳膏治疗,试验组予以地奈德乳膏结合除湿止痒软膏治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组各项临床症状评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论地奈德乳膏结合除湿止痒软膏治疗小儿湿疹可提高临床效果,有效改善临床症状,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of Desonide Cream combined with Chushi Zhiyang Ointment in the treatment of pediatric eczema.Methods A total of 79 children with eczema treated in Rizhao Dermatology Hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(39 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Desonide Cream,and the experimental group was treated with Desonide Cream combined with Chushi Zhiyang Ointment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all clinical symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Desonide Cream combined with Chushi Zhiyang Ointment in the treatment of pediatric eczema can improve clinical effect and clinical symptoms,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactio ns.
