中药冲洗联合中医护理在真菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药冲洗联合中医护理在真菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年5月至2022年6月济宁市中医院收治的92例真菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各46例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组采用常规中医护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药冲洗,比较两组炎症消退时间、证候积分及复发情况。结果观察组炎症消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药冲洗联合中医护理在真菌性阴道炎患者中应用,可以缩短炎症消退时间,降低症候积分、复发率。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine flushing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with colpitis mycotica.Methods A total of 92 patients with colpitis mycotica admitted to Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was given conventional traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine flushing on the basis of the control group.The time of inflammation regression,syndrome score and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The time of inflammation regression in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine flushing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with colpitis mycotica can shorten the time of inflammation reg ression,reduce the syndrome score and recurrence rate.
