系统化健康教育在儿童青少年糖尿病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化健康教育在儿童青少年糖尿病中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的80例糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以系统化健康教育。比较两组血糖水平及血脂水平。结果护理后,两组血糖水平及血脂水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化健康教育在儿童青少年糖尿病中的应用,可辅助调节糖尿病患儿的血糖水平及血脂水平,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application of systematic health education in children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 children with diabetes mellitus admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systematic health education based on the control group.Blood glucose levels and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,blood glucose levels and blood lipid levels in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education in children and adolescents with diabetes mell itus can help regulate the blood glucose levels and blood lipid levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
