摘 要:根结线虫对农作物的危害严重,大量使用农药容易造成农药残留等问题,影响农产品质量,因此寻找具有根结线虫抗性的品种具有重要意义。本试验开展了4种新选育辣椒品种对根结线虫的抗性研究,结果表明,4种新选育辣椒品种对低虫口密度的根结线虫均具有较高抗性,在高虫口密度下,启阳5和实丰802品种的抗性高于商品化品种帝王336。4种新选育辣椒品种的抗病等级分别为:实丰802为抗病、启阳5为高抗、启阳6和启阳7为感病。Root-knot nematodes are seriously harmful to crops,and the use of pesticides in large quantities is easy to cause pesticide residues and other problems,affecting product quality,so it is of great significance to find varieties with root-knot nematode resistance.This experiment focused on the resistance of four newly bred pepper cultivars to root-knot nematodes.It was concluded that the four newly bred pepper cultivars had high resistance to rootknot nematodes with low population density,and the resistance of Qiyang 5 and Shifeng 802 cultivars was higher than that of commercial cultivars Emperor 336 under high population density.The disease resistance grades of the four newly bred pepper varieties were divided:Shifeng 802 for resistance,Qiyang 5 for high resistance,Qiyang 6 and Qiyang 7 for susceptible.
