摘 要:为了进一步提高车辆运行稳定性和节能效果,设计了一种可控阻尼车辆半桥式液压馈能减振器。以半桥式液压馈能减振器为对象,创建相应动力学模型,并开展仿真分析。研究结果表明:在外接电阻变小或者激励频率增加时,均会引起馈能功率增大;采取行程复原形式来回收能量不会引起能量回收状态改变。调整激励频率可获得大致相同馈能效率,其调整幅值大约为4%;在外负载从10Ω增加到100Ω后,馈能效率由40%降低至8%;在电阻率升高会产生更加缓和降低趋势。在50Ω外负载环境下,压缩阻尼力为-2838 N、复原阻尼力为-6891 N,均为最大值,符合目标阻尼的需求。此结构优点在于无需频繁进行启停切或者运动换向操作,确保液压油路产生优异整流功效。In order to improve the stability of vehicle operation and energy saving effect,a controllable damping vehicle half bridge hydraulic energy regenerative damper was designed.Taking half bridge hydraulic energy regenerative damper as the object,the corresponding dynamic model is created,and the experiment is carried out.The results show that the energy regenerative power increases when the external resistance decreases or the excitation frequency increases.The scheme adopts the form of stroke recovery to recover energy,which will not cause the state of energy recovery to change.The energy regenerative efficiency can be roughly the same by adjusting the excitation frequency,and the adjustment amplitude is about 4%.When the external load increases from 10Ωto 100Ω,the energy regenerative efficiency decreases from 40%to 8%.After the resistivity increases,there will be a more moderate downward trend.Under the external load of 50Ω,the compression damping force is-2838 N and the recovery damping force is-6891 N,which are the maximum values and meet the requirements of the target damping.The advantage of this structure is that there is no need for frequent start-stop or motion reversing operation to ensure that the hydraulic oil circuit produces excellent rectification effect.
