摘 要:为了提高1700 mm薄板热轧成形质量,开发了一种可以对磨损性能进行控制的方案,并对具有不同耐磨性能的辊间磨损进行控制优化。通过应用耐磨修形工作辊和变接触支持辊来减小辊间接触压力峰值,采用新辊形组合方式时可以使轧机获得更强抗干扰能力,达到更均匀的磨损状态,从而提高了板形的质量稳定性。实验验证表明:引入磨损控制策略后,减少了“猫耳”数量并提升了箱体的均匀性。优化策略后工作辊磨损量发生了明显降低,同时轧制长度增加了近39%,工作辊操作侧、工作辊传动侧、工作辊边侧与操作侧的猫耳高度差依次减小了23%、64%与65%。结果表明:基于辊形优化1700 mm薄板热轧窜辊策略具有很好的应用效果。In order to improve the forming quality of 1700 mm thin sheet hot rolling,a scheme to control the wear performance was developed,and the wear control between rollers with different wear properties was optimized.By using wear-resistant repair work roll and variable contact support roll to reduce the peak of contact pressure between rolls,the new combination of roll shapes can make the rolling mill obtain stronger anti-interference ability and achieve more uniform wear state,thus improving the quality stability of the shape.The experimental results show that the number of“cat ears”is reduced and the uniformity of the box is improved after the wear control strategy is introduced.After the optimization strategy,the wear of the work roll is obviously reduced,the rolling length is increased by nearly 39%,and the cat ear height difference between the work roll operating side,the work roll driving side,the work roll edge side and the operation side is reduced by 23%,64%and 65%respectively.The results show that the rolling channeling strategy based on roll shape optimization of 1700 mm thin sheet hot rolling has a good application effect.
