摘 要:为减小外能源武器结构尺寸,提高运动稳定性,设计一种交合凸轮驱动的自动机。以12.7 mm口径的交合凸轮机枪为研究对象,通过数值计算的方法对交合凸轮曲线进行设计。建立交合凸轮、相同直径的圆柱凸轮和相同压力的圆柱凸轮虚拟样机,通过动力学仿真分析3种自动机的运动特性。仿真结果表明:此方案的可行性和优势,为大口径外能源机枪自动机提供了一种设计方案。In order to reduce the size of external energy weapon structure and improve the motion stability,a kind of interlocking CAM driven automaton is designed.In this paper,the intersecting CAM machine gun with 12.7 mm diameter is studied,and the intersecting CAM curve is designed by numerical calculation.A virtual prototype of a coupling CAM,a cylindrical CAM with the same diameter and a cylindrical CAM with the same pressure was established,and the motion characteristics of the three automata were analyzed by dynamic simulation.By comparing the simulation results,the feasibility and advantages of this scheme are proved,and a design scheme is provided for the large caliber external energy machine gun automata.
