摘 要:为实现搅拌车行驶过程中搅拌筒的低恒速运转,提出了一种新型液压电控系统方案。该方案将液压电控系统与发动机电子控制单元进行串联(ECU),通过液压马达转速传感器将转速信号反馈给发动机ECU,发动机ECU对信号读取判断并对液压泵排量进行调整,从而实现搅拌筒的恒低速运转,达到节能减排的目的。该项技术在8方搅拌车上应用并进行装载试验。实验证明:新型电控液压控制技术可以实现搅拌筒的低恒速运转,转速低至1 r/min,相同时间内混凝土塌落度变化减少16%,综合油耗下降8.1%。该新型电控液压系统在搅拌车上的成功应用在国内尚属首次,对推动行业进步具有重大创新意义。In order to realize the low constant speed operation of the mixing drum during the driving of the mixing truck,a new scheme of hydraulic electric control system is proposed in this paper.In this scheme,the hydraulic electronic control system is connected in series with the engine electronic control unit(ECU),and the speed signal is fed back to the engine ECU through the hydraulic motor speed sensor.The engine ECU reads and judges the signal and adjusts the displacement of the hydraulic pump,so as to realize the constant low speed operation of the mixing drum and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.This technology has been applied to the 8-square mixer truck and the loading experiment has been carried out.The experiment shows that the new electronic hydraulic control technology can realize the low constant speed operation of the mixing drum,the speed is as low as 1 r/min,the change of concrete slump is reduced by 16%and the comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by 8.1%in the same time.The successful application of the new electric hydraulic system in the mixer is the first time in China,which is of great innovative significance to promote the progress of the industry.
